The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our needs. They provided a room with a nice view and arranged for a brand new electric fan. The addition of comfortable chairs in our room was a thoughtful gesture. The early breakfast they offered for our early morning flight was a pleasant surprise, and the location of the hotel was convenient.

Location to city centre and the pricw was good.hotel staff were very friendly, good breakfast and pool area
Advertised that parking was on site when in fact the parking is over the road in a shopping centre. While secure this could be better explained.

The pool, the staff and the breakfast.
It is very run down. It is divided between a five star and three star hotel. This was confusing in booking. The five star hotel is very similar to the three star hotel

The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its central location allows easy access to both the business center and newer areas like Sol Shopping Mall. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all in place. The rooms offered a nice view and breakfast was included in our rate.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Asuncion. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect, being close to both the old downtown area and a shopping center. Finally, the rooms had a nice view and were spacious and comfortable, making me feel right at home.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful and I couldn't find anything to fault.

The hotel is located in the real part of the old town with easy access to tourist sites and restaurants. Despite being in a loud area with 70/80s music blasting at the pool, the rooms are large and comfortable. the staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel's fixtures and fittings are old and outdated.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The staff were helpful and accommodating, assisting with our visa issues and providing a late check-out. The breakfast buffet was extensive and included plenty of fruits and juices. The hotel's location was convenient, with bus stops, a mall, and a supermarket nearby.
None.

Perfect location, close to most of the tourist sites and the main square. The breakfast served was fantastic, with a good variety of dishes including fresh fruits. The view from our room was amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunrise. One of the best things was having access to the sauna, which was a great experience.
The Wi-Fi connection was not very stable, which was a bit of a nuisance when trying to catch up with work. the furniture in the room was not very comfortable for extended periods of sitting, making it less suitable for business travelers.

Spent Christmas in a hotel which offered a large pool and good wine selection. A prime location in the heart of the city made it easy to explore tourist attractions.
The hotel had a major flaw: the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable.
